ADHD Coaching for Professionals

Thrive at work without burning out. For lawyers, engineers, doctors, and consultants who look like the reliable high performer - and are exhausted by what it costs to appear that way.

Is This You?

✓  You’re respected in your field, but you work twice the hours to produce what colleagues seem to manage in a day.

✓  Perfectionism runs the show: you over-prepare, over-deliver, and still feel like a fraud waiting to be found out.

✓  Deadlines get met through last-minute adrenaline - and the recovery cost after each one keeps climbing.

✓  Your work is winning, but your health, relationships, and life outside the job are quietly paying for it.

✓  You’ve wondered if it has to be this hard - and whether “together” has to keep being a performance.

What You’ll Achieve

Work With Your Wiring

Understand why generic professional advice fails your brain - and what actually works for attention, memory, and follow-through.

Calm Under the Load

Somatic regulation for high-pressure environments: fewer emotional crashes, less rejection-sensitive spiralling, steadier days.

Output Without the Overwork

Systems that produce the same quality in fewer hours - preparation, prioritisation, and boundaries that hold.

Perfectionism, Retired

Keep the standards, drop the self-punishment. Learn where excellent matters and where done wins.

Deadlines Without Adrenaline

Replace panic-fuel with structures that start earlier and finish calmer - no more paying interest on every deliverable.

A Life Outside the Job

Reclaim evenings, weekends, and relationships. Success that includes you, not just your output.

What ADHD Coaching for Professionals Looks Like

Before the map, one thing matters: this is your engagement, not a curriculum. Sessions follow your agenda and we go where the work needs to go. That said, most engagements settle into a rhythm that looks something like this.

1. Discovery call (30 min, free) - What’s going on, what you want to change, and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

2. Foundations (sessions 1-2) - Map your neurology, context, and goals. You’ll understand your own operating system better than you ever have.

3. Nervous system & way of being - Ontological and somatic work: regulation, emotional agility, presence.

4. Systems that fit - Structures built around your actual wiring, not willpower.

5. Integration - Embed it into daily life, handle setbacks, and finish with a system that’s yours.

Common Questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. Many of my professional clients are late-diagnosed or self-identified. If the patterns fit, the work helps. If you are considering a formal assessment, ADHD WA and ADHD Australia are good starting points.

Will anyone know I’m doing this?
No. Sessions are completely confidential, via Zoom, scheduled around your work. What you tell your workplace is entirely up to you.

Is this therapy?
No - coaching is forward-looking and practical. We work on how your brain operates at work and in life. If therapy is also right for you, coaching complements it well.

How long does it take?
Most professionals work with me for three to six months. You’ll notice shifts within the first few weeks.
