ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
Build a foundation for success. The same rigorous ontological and somatic ADHD coaching, sized for students, parents, and anyone navigating a life transition with an ADHD brain. Much of this work is executive function coaching: planning, starting, organising, remembering, and finishing. Sessions run online worldwide, or in person in Perth.
Is This You?
✓ You’re in Year 11 or 12 and the ATAR pressure is real, but generic study advice slides straight off your brain.
✓ You’ve hit university or TAFE and the structure vanished. Deadlines pile up, independence is harder than anyone said.
✓ You’re running a household with ADHD: invisible, exhausting work, and the routines never stick longer than a week.
✓ You’re changing careers or returning to work, and the confidence wobble is louder than the excitement.
✓ You’re done with productivity hacks. You want to actually understand your brain and build a life that fits it.
What You’ll Achieve
Study Systems That Stick
Executive functioning support for study: time management, revision, and organisation built for your attention system, for ATAR, uni, or TAFE.
Know Your Own Brain
The self-understanding piece nobody teaches: how your ADHD actually works, and how to work with it for life.
Steadier Under Pressure
Emotional regulation for exam seasons, deadline crunches, and household overwhelm. Nervous-system tools, not pep talks.
Household Rhythms That Run
Routines and systems that survive contact with real family life. Calm from structure, not from trying harder.
Confidence for the Transition
Career change, workforce re-entry, leaving home: an identity shift you can meet with clarity instead of dread.
Wins That Compound
Small, sustainable victories that stack into genuine momentum, and pride that’s earned, not performed.
What ADHD Coaching Looks Like
Before the map, one thing matters: this is your engagement, not a curriculum. Sessions follow your agenda and we go where the work needs to go. That said, most engagements settle into a rhythm that looks something like this.
1. Discovery call (30 min, free): What’s going on, what you want to change, and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.
2. Foundations (sessions 1-2): Map your neurology, context, and goals. You’ll understand your own operating system better than you ever have.
3. Nervous system & way of being: Ontological and somatic work: regulation, emotional agility, presence.
4. Systems that fit: Structures built around your actual wiring, not willpower.
5. Integration: Embed it into daily life, handle setbacks, and finish with a system that’s yours.
Common Questions
Who is this for exactly?
Year 11-12 students, university and TAFE students, parents managing households, career changers, and anyone wanting to build ADHD-friendly life foundations.
How is this different from tutoring?
Tutors teach subjects. I coach the operating system underneath (attention, planning, follow-through, emotional regulation) so every subject benefits.
Do I need a diagnosis? Can parents be involved?
No diagnosis needed. ADHD coaching works with how your brain actually operates day to day, with or without a formal assessment. If you are exploring one, ADHD WA and ADHD Australia are helpful starting points. For younger clients, parents are welcome in the process where it helps. Many families find the household systems work benefits everyone.
Is this cheaper than your executive coaching?
Yes. This pathway is priced accessibly because students and families deserve this work too. Same methodology, adjusted for context. Details on the discovery call.

Ready to Build Your Foundation?
A 30-minute discovery call is free. No obligation, no pressure, just a conversation to see if this is the right fit for you.
Prefer to do this alongside others at the same point? The same approach runs in small cohorts. See ADHD group coaching.
