Executive ADHD Coaching

Lead with clarity and confidence. Coaching for C-suite leaders, directors, and senior managers who’ve mastered the boardroom, and are done running on survival mode underneath it.

Is This You?

You’re respected, senior, and successful on paper. And some of this sounds uncomfortably familiar:

✓  You make high-stakes decisions all day, then can’t decide what to eat for dinner. Your decision tank runs empty by mid-afternoon.

✓  You’re leading from fight-or-flight: reactive in meetings, short with your team, exhausted from masking it.

✓  Your calendar is triaged chaos. Strategy time, the part of the job only you can do, keeps losing to noise.

✓  You’ve read the productivity books. Neurotypical systems last a fortnight, then collapse, and you blame yourself.

✓  Somewhere along the way, performance became survival. You can’t remember the last time leading felt sustainable.

What You’ll Achieve

Decisions With a Clear Head

Understand how your ADHD brain behaves under pressure, and build decision frameworks that hold up when the stakes are highest.

Regulation Before Reaction

Somatic work that lets you notice your nervous system before it hijacks you. Fewer reactive moments, steadier presence.

Strategy Time That Survives

Protect deep work with structures built for your attention system, not a neurotypical template that fights it.

Systems That Hold Under Load

Engineering-grade workflows for delegation, follow-through, and the details that keep slipping, designed around your actual wiring.

Sustainable Intensity

Keep the drive that got you here, minus the burnout cycle. Energy management that works with hyperfocus, not against it.

Leadership That Feels Like Yours

Authentic presence instead of performance. Lead from how your brain actually works. It’s an advantage when you know how to use it.

What Executive ADHD Coaching Looks Like

Before the map, one thing matters: this is your engagement, not a curriculum. Sessions follow your agenda and we go where the work needs to go. That said, most engagements settle into a rhythm that looks something like this.

1. Discovery call (30 min, free): What’s going on, what you want to change, and whether we’re the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

2. Foundations (sessions 1-2): Map your neurology, context, and goals. You’ll understand your own operating system better than you ever have.

3. Nervous system & way of being: Ontological and somatic work: regulation under pressure, emotional agility, presence.

4. Systems that fit: Build the executive infrastructure: decision frameworks, energy management, delegation that sticks.

5. Integration: Embed it into real leadership life. Handle setbacks, sustain the shifts, finish with a system that’s yours.

Common Questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?
No. If the patterns fit and you want to work with your brain instead of against it, an executive ADHD coach can help, whether diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out. If you are exploring a formal assessment, ADHD WA and ADHD Australia are good starting points.

How is this different from executive coaching I’ve had before?
Generic executive coaching assumes a neurotypical operating system. We start from how your brain actually works (attention, energy, regulation) and build leadership practice on that foundation.

Is this confidential?
Completely. Most of my executive clients tell no one they’re working with me. Sessions are via Zoom, scheduled around your calendar.

How long does it take?
Most executives work with me for three to six months. You’ll feel the first shifts within weeks; the goal is a sustainable system, not dependence on coaching.
